After receiving a record 748 applications for CinePanulatScreenwriting Lab, internationally-awarded writer-director Jun Robles Lana announces the 20 fellows for 2019 after a rigorous selection process: Gian Arre, Aminah Badawy, Cris Bringas, Chloe Cabodil, Jerom Canlas, Eluna Cepeda, Adel Clemente, Shane David, Kathleen Gonzales, Jonar Johnson, Jiggy Lim, Ryan Machado, Rhadson Mendoza, Valentino Nool Jr, Jose Maria Ramirez, Janica Regalo, John Rogers, Karlo Sevilla, Anna Francesca Talens, Sofia Urmeneta.
CinePanulat is Jun Robles Lana’s advocacy after being an accomplished screenwriter for over 2 decades. Completely free of charge, CinePanulat is a 3-month coaching and mentoring lab aimed at helping emerging screenwriters find their voice. It also has a competition component, with prizes to be awarded to the best screenplays. An integral part of CinePanulat are the pitching sessions to assist fellows learn how to present their films professionally.
