Multi-talented Kapuso Prime Star & Queen of Creative Collaborations Heart Evangelisa- Escudero will release the song that was produced when she was 21 yrs old. The song is entitled 'Breathe You'. 

The 15 year-old song with a NOW sound is a composition of Jude Thaddeus Gitamondoc. Heart considers it as one of her recently found treasures from the past. She intends to share good vibes my making it available and streaming worldwide starting on October 27.
