Project Loki Streaming Soon on Viva One and Cignal Play

 

A story loved by millions will soon be streaming on Viva One and Cignal Play. Get your hearts and minds ready for Project Loki, a series filled with twists, and mystery that is bound to make waves.

 

Based on the hit Wattpad series by AkoSiIbarra, which first gained popularity in 2015 and has since amassed over 92 million reads, Project Loki is finally coming to life through a highly anticipated series adaptation.

 

Project Loki will be directed by Xian Lim, known for his work in the thriller and horror genre, including Tabon (Cinemalaya, 2019) and Kuman Thong (Viva Films, 2024). This marks his first series as a director, and he is putting in every effort to translate the story’s tension, mystery, and emotion into a compelling visual experience.

 

When a young girl transfers to Clark University, she joins a group called the QED Club, a circle of students who uncover secrets and solve mysteries that change her college life forever.

 

During the Vivarkada concert held last August 15, the Big Dome filled with cheers as fans learned about the upcoming adaptation. The announcement quickly trended across social media, proving the story’s strong following.

 

Adding to the excitement, netizens noticed the striking resemblance of the multi-talented cast to the novel’s characters: actor Marco Gallo as Luthor Mendez, total performer Jayda Avanzado as Lorelei Rios, and heartthrob crooner Dylan Menor as Loki Mendez.

 

After his standout performance as Kalix in the hit university series The Rain in España, Marco Gallo returns to Viva One in another challenging role as Luthor, Loki’s enigmatic older brother. Luthor prefers to keep to himself, which makes him a mystery to those around him.

 

Known for her remarkable singing and acting prowess, Jayda Avanzado takes on the role of Lorelei, a transferee at Clark University who switches schools to escape a past trauma. Intelligent and intuitive, she joins the QED Club and becomes a supportive friend and dependable member of the group.

 

Fresh from his Viva One debut as Tripp Palma in Seducing Drake Palma, rising actor Dylan Menor portrays Loki, the leader of the QED Club. Cold and distant at first, Loki’s world begins to change with the arrival of Lorelei.

 

Joining Jayda, Dylan, and Marco are more talented young actors who complete the QED4. Former P-pop star and rising actress Yumi Garcia plays Jamie, the drama club’s star actress who later joins the QED Club, while Ang Mutya ng Section E’s Martin Venegas takes on the role of Alistair, Lorelei’s best friend and defender.

 

Also joining the cast are Viva’s roster of young talents including Kurt Delos Reyes as Stein Alberts, Ashley Diaz as Rosetta Rodriguez, Love Yauco as Margarette Fernandez, and Michael Keith as Rye Rubio.
