MEI MEI Unveils Third Single “Namamasko Po!”

OPM girl group MEI MEI officially kicked off their Christmas season with a fun-filled media conference, bringing together their media friends for an afternoon of music, laughter, and Filipino Christmas spirit.

Presented by Groovy Garden Records, the newest record label under PULP Group, the media conference celebrated the release of MEI MEI’s first-ever Christmas single “Namamasko Po!”, inspired by the beloved Filipino tradition of going house-to-house and spreading holiday cheer

The girls gave the media an exciting first performance of “Namamasko Po!”, followed by a lively Q&A where they shared the inspiration behind the song, their favorite Christmas traditions, and their experience creating their first holiday track.

Spark MEI MEI Alexa shared that the song was inspired by the Filipino tradition of caroling,

“We want to remind everyone kung paano ‘yung Pasko noon. With our song, we hope na maibalik po natin ‘yung pangangaroling..”

As the girls showcased the song’s catchy and easy-to-follow dance steps, members of the media didn’t miss the chance to join in. They learned the moves and danced along to “Namamasko Po!,” bringing an infectious energy to the room and adding even more lighthearted Christmas spirit to the celebration.

For Power MEI MEI Jessie, performing the song was a special moment for the group.

“Sobrang saya po! Iba ‘yung joy and happiness in our hearts. We really hope that ‘Namamasko Po!’ added a spark and light in your heart,” she shared.

With its playful sound and heartwarming message, “Namamasko Po!” captures the joy, nostalgia, and togetherness that make a Paskong Pinoy truly special.

MEI MEI’s “Namamasko Po!” is now available on all major music streaming platforms. The official music video will follow soon, premiering on the official YouTube channels of Groovy Garden Records and MEI MEI. Get ready to sing, dance, and celebrate the season with MEI MEI!
