A Pandesal Forum for the Latest Advancements in Cancer, Prevention, Detection and Early Cure

Cancer is the second leading cause of death in the Philippines—affecting thousands of families every year. Many of them are detected very late, that’s why people should have a proper awareness for this. 

In line with the National Cancer Survivor Month this June. A Pandesal Forum at Kamuning Bakery Café owned by Wilson Lee Flores—hosted a Latest advancements in Cancer, Prevention, early detection and cure. The highlight of the forum was a rare and insightful conversation with world-renowned cancer specialist, Professor Dr. Mu Feng.

Dr. Mu Feng M.D. PhD. is an Oncology Consultant, Oncosurgeon, Minimally Invasive Oncology Expert Professor of Jinshazhou Hospital, Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.  Graduated from the Chinese Military Medical University in 1985, Dr. Mu Feng has practised medical works as a surgeon and oncologist for 38 years.

During his medical career he has published 3 medical works as the chief editor and co edited 7 medical books with other professors. He also published 112 medical research papers in main-stream medical domestic and international journals both. He also took and participated in four projects of national and provincial natural scientific research funds, and have won the second prize of the Science and Technology Innovation Award of the Chinese Hospital Association and the second prize of the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Award.

He is a well-known and famous international scholar as he was often invited to attend European and Asian academic conferences and was interviewed by many mainstream TV Stations. He made speeches in China, Japan, Israel, Russia, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, and other countries and regions. He serves currently as a visiting professor at the Russian National Academy of Surgery, executive member of the International Society of Cryosurgery (ISC), standing member of the Asian Society of CryosurgeryASC), standing member of the Academic Guidance Committee of the Cancer Rehabilitation Association of the Chinese Anti Cancer Association, commissioner of the Professional Committee of Tumor Hyperthermia of the Chinese Anti Cancer Association, commissioner of the Professional Committee of Tumor Nutrition and Support of the Chinese Anti Cancer Association, and commissioner of the Guangdong Academic Committee for Liver Cancer, Member of the editorial board of (Guangdong Healthcare), (Cancer )et al.

Dr. Mu Feng is also a famous hydrogen expert in China, He started hydrogen clinic.
