Jennifer Lopez Comeback Film is Second Act

Second Act is an American romantic comedy film directed by Peter Segal and written by Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas and Justin Zackham. It stars Jennifer Lopez, Vanessa Hudgens,  Leah Remini, Annaleigh Ashford, Dan Bucatinsky, Freddie Stroma, Milo Ventimiglia, Treat Williams and Larry Miller, and follows a woman in her 40s who pursues a second chance at a corporate career.

Jennifer Lopez plays a grocery store’s assistant manager who is passed over for promotion, but her wish during birthday was granted by the son of her best friend, and created resume under false credentials. 

Hired as a consultant for a major beauty company, JLo’s character, Maya, finds herself going head-to-head with hotshot young executive Zoe played by Vanessa Hudgens in a race to create a new skincare line. 

A movie to watch out since Jennifer Lopez shows good acting skills that everyone misses. Also, a chemistry of a mother and daughter relationship played by lead stars JLo and Vanessa Hudgens.
