FiCTAP Party-list Aims to Improve Free Public WiFi

Hundreds of party-list are vying for congressional post but voters can choose for only one. One party-list that I heard personally is the FiCTAP Party-list. 

FiCTAP Party-list means Federation of International Cable TV Association of the Philippines. FiCTAP 1st nominee is Estrellita “Neng” Juliano-Tamano, MBA from Cotabato who discussed FiCTAP to the Bloggers. 

FiCTAP is the only party-list that pushes for Internet, ICT, VAS, Telecommunications, Cable TV, Broadcast and Media. Their association is already 20 years in the country. 

FiCTAP Party-list Platform can be summarized below: 

• Improved Free Public WiFi - For Faster Free Public WiFi

• Cellphone Users Act - Benefits and Protection to the Cellphone Users

• Custom Sim Card Act - To have a custom Sim Card for Senior Citizens, OFW, Student, Teachers and Parents

• Online Sellers, Buyers & Freelancers Act - to create more jobs

• Anti-Catfish Law - to penalise internet poser creating Crime/s in Social Media
